Refund Policy
Eligibility
✅ Refundable Items: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging.
❌ Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, underwear, swimwear (for hygiene reasons), and accessories unless defective.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Processed refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
Exchange Policy
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes! If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we offer one free exchange per order (within 14 days of delivery).
How to Exchange an Item

The item(s) you wish to exchange

Your preferred replacement

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Important: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@ditatube.com.

Include clear photos/videos of the issue and your order number.

We’ll either:

Send a free replacement (if available), or

Issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

For international returns, duties/taxes are non-refundable.
